"Don't Order ANYTHING from this company. I had placed an order online for apx $4,500 recived and invoice for such and poof it is now $4,700 they are trying to charge my Credit Card. It taken them 2 days for them to come up with a good reason for the error. Other than I don't know.
Keeping in mind that they did aready had my funds from my bank. Now they wanted to "verify" my shipping address. Got my bank to send them a fax stating that I had set down in front of the manger, (which they called) and stated that I wanted my order, (large items) to be sent to my office. Needing more "verification" they confirmed my address with UPS. Needing more they had me send over a fax, (twice) of my CDL & Credit card.
And they wanted more!!!! Keeping in mind that they had the FUNDS in their hands. The only thing that had gone correctly was that my bank revirsed the charges on my credit card as frad.
Now true there were two people @ promopoint that did seem to give a dam. And without them I would have never let it go for a WEEK. And I do feel sorry for them.
However 90% of the people there are true... let's say NUTS!! not returning calls, nor doing what they said that they would do.
Don't let this happen to you. Go somewhere else!! Like me. New place, new order, everything shipped within one day!!!!"
