"Bought a charger cord for my Apple Macbook Pro based on the low price. Paid for fast shipping but the item was shipped late anyway. They partially refunded the shipping fee. Charger cord got very hot and also caused my computer to emit a buzz when plugged in. It broke after 4 months. I'm not completely convinced it was an authentic Apple charger."

Customer service - "sorry, it was on backorder, but have shipped this morning, we've upgraded shipping for you". In a few days I check - still not shipped. Customer service - it will be shipped this afternoon, upgraded shipping. Finally, arrived a week later, no upgraded shipping. Product is fine, but I needed the charger quick so my daughter could use computer for homework. Received two weeks after order, after the end of school year.
Will not order again, do not recommend."
