"I have ordered programs from Purplus for around 3 years now and they have always delivered. You get legit software activation codes at HUGE SAVINGS. Prices are substantially lower than buying direct from software company websites.
Only thing to note is the codes do not come instantaneously with purchase. I usually get the code emailed to me in a day or two, might have to wait 3 days if ordering on a weekend.
With one purchase the code didn't work. I emailed Purplus and they sent me a new code that worked perfectly. So they do respond to customer support issues in a timely manner."

"First time use of this company. I ordered software to be downloaded within 24 hours. Never recieved confirmation of order. As directed I attempted to contact them only to be forced to the interent and email being denied. I have no clue of statues and no person to talk to.
Two days later I was able to connect through the internet. Perhaps there were tech problems. Once connnected, they were very helpful and I recieved my download that day. It would be helpful if they had a phone line you could connect to if you or they have tech. issues going on."

"This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience! I have not received my order, nor can I reach Purplus.com to find out the status of my order. I tried using their "Customer Service/Contact Us" (the only way to contact them) and the email didn't go through! They are a bunch of bandits who have already charged my account for goods that will probably NEVER be delivered! This is horribly disappointing since I have had good experiences with this company in the past - but I will NEVER order from them or recommend them to anyone again."
