"I placed a order for ~$1,000 in product from Rack Attack online because its delivery time was showing an earlier date than Amazon, and I assumed this was because it was being ordered direct. Turns out, the estimated date was off and would not arrive before I would be moving from the delivery address. I sent an email that was responded to within a day, but was told there was nothing that the person could do and there was never a follow up. The 888 number on the website refers you to use a non-existent chat on the website or email. Basically, no one can help you with an online order."
"PREPARE TO PAY EXTRA FEE if you need to exchange or return any product there!! Free return is a not a TRUE!! I just bought a Cargo Box at the Portland Store with Shane. He was really clear about return policy: as long as its in new condition, not used or damage you have 60 days free return policy. NOT TRUE. The day after my purchase I realized I need a bigger size of my THULE Cargo Box. I paid US$649 for the XL Force Thule (full price, no discount) by his recommendation. He was not recommending the Yakima at all! I just followed his suggestion.
On a call with Daniel the following day he explained a total different story!! They said they would try to help, having a conversation with Suzy, the Store manager and would return a call. I never received any response, even calling them a second time and telling another person I would like to talk with one of them!! VERY DISAPPOINT SERVICE AS THEY DONT TELL YOU THE TRUTH! So over be prepare to buy something and don't expect free return!!"

"They sold me ingeunine "Thule" lock at the same price as the genuine ones. The one I got from Rack Attack has no Thule package and is stored in plastic bag. I compared the one they sell and the genuine one online. The fake one misses the master key and the quality is bad. For example, the secondary keys don't have protection rubber. Definitely buy locks from THULE official website. It's my first and will be my last shopping experience with Rack Attack."
