"Very dissatisfied with Rapidfax. I tried their service and cancelled the same day. A month later they charged me $10 and then once again a month later, until I called them and requested to completely close my account. They promised a refund but so far they are dragging their feet with emails like "A refund request has already been submitted to our billing department for review." They sign you up in 5 secs, then it takes them forever to let you go."
