Do not purchase tickets from Razorgator!!!
"I purchased tickets online for a quoted price. Only when I received the final receipt did I see that they snuck in a 21% "service fee!" This was so slimy that when I add up the quoted price for each ticket, the total was much less than the amount I was actually charged. In other words, they even hide the service fee when calculating the final total. When I asked them about this, they said I was free to relist the tickets. Wait a minute, would you not sneak in a "service fee" to whoever bought my tickets???? #superslimy"

Received different tix than ones purchased
"I purchased tickets that were close to the aisle for ease of getting seated and leaving due to having guests with limited mobility. I received tickets 2 rows closer to the floor but in the center of a large section. When I complained that I purchased specific seats and wanted those seats, I was told that they were considered "upgraded" seats and that I had to accept them since they have a No Returns policy. After arguing my point numerous times about letting me be the judge of what should be considered an upgrade and false advertising, they reluctantly processed a refund but they went WAY out of their way to repeatedly state how this was a one-time concession.
I won't even get into the description on how I had to pay for tickets from the same seller separately via Fed Ex instead of having just one shipping charge.
Don't use them for buying tickets. There are many other avenues to get seats."

"I bought tickets for a concert for $395. When I tried to print my tickets I found out the company was under "new management", no record of my purchase was kept and not only did I not have tickets to the show, they would not refund my money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!"

"Bought 2 tickets to Harry Styles for June 30th 2018. $1054.00 for 2 tickets! My daughters were denied entry. Scan showed someone else used them already? Had to PayPal my daughters another $250.00 to purchase new tickets at box office last second! Can't log into account and no password reset email after 5 tries! No answer at customer service just leave a bunch of personal info and hope for a call back! DO NOT TRUST RAZORGATOR.COM!!! SCAM ARTISTS!!!"

Won Back my Business
"I've been a user of Razorgator for years, however in 2017 I found it difficult to get a hold of customer support and I stopped using Razorgator. Then in May of 2018, I got a phone call from their new CEO. He gave me his direct cell and email in case I ever had any issues in the future. It's so rare to get a personalized one to one email and then a follow up call as well from management.
Also, since new management / ownership I've found that the site works so much better and pricing is slightly better than it previously was."

"wouldn't give me my tickets or let me log in lady at office had the nerve to tell me oh yeah your tickets are not valid and were under new management so yeah i asked her so i cant get my tickets or refund said no that will be you to call your own bank and file a complaint. Memorable Exprience
"I'm so happy with this company, it was my first time using. I was searching for last minute tickets to wrestlemania 33, and this company was the only site that had the cheapeast tickets. I was a little nervous of purchasing tickets because for some reason their reviews weren't so great. Well, i got my tickets on time and I had a question inregards of how to get tickets and there response was quick, the best part I got good seats. I was able to take pics of almost all the wrestlers, they were not even 2feet away from us!!! My son was so happy!!! He had a blast!!!I was able to see and take pics of wrestlers up close!!! I paid $460 total for me and my son. We weren't able to see the stage very well but was able to see the ring also see wrestlers up close,and my son was able to shake their hands and even take some selfies with them. Thanks again Razorgator for letting us have a memorable experience"
