Each representative I spoke with gave me conflicting information. One said “absolutely” it will work, the next says oh, that doesn’t fit your truck.

"Used the chat option to have a live agent check my cart and make sure everything I selected would work for my truck. The agent advised they didn’t have the ability to view my cart but if they were to input the order I could get additional discounts and free returns. Ok - cool! I copied and pasted all the items yet I have no side steps, floor mats that do not fit the model of my truck and one item delivered to my old address from an order I placed in 2022!
What happened to the steps that I KNOW were in the cart? The live agent literally said the could not be further discounted because the sale price was too good. Awesome - that confirmed we had them in the cart!! Yet, I don’t have them, they don’t show on my ordered. Probably my fault for not double checking the experts work and trusting that they were knowledgeable and competent. Last time ever ordering from Realtruck. I’m so aggravated - I can’t continue with the rest of the issues."
