"Ordered a USB headset from them and was a little worried since I'd never dealt with them before. Several days later I received a phone call from them explaining that the headset was no longer being produced but there was a new version available that cost $10 more. They offered to ship that version to me for the same price as the original order. This is outstanding service as almost any other retailer would just send you a note saying that the item was out of stock and let you order the new one for more money. Shipment was fast and the item works great."
