"I ordered a commercial Echo hedge trimmer to have at home instead of bringing on from work on and off. The first one I ordered with the wrong part number and caught the mistake when the email confirmation came through. I called up and was greeted by a friendly helpful gentleman on the other end of the line. He voided out my order and informed me to just go ahead and reorder the right one online.
My trimmer got to my house in two business days from Ohio to New Jersey and arrived in perfect condition.
