"In December 2024, I purchased a CNC machine from RobotShop.
The machine was expected to be in stock on the 4th of January 2025.
After two weeks without a response, I contacted RobotShop, which apologised and promised a delivery date of January 27 or sooner. Today is January 29th, and I have still not received anything. The latest response from RobotShop is that my order is further delayed and will first arrive after February 27th. I have paid for the CNC, and paid plenty for shipping (€413.76) and the CNC is in stock on the manufacturer's website. I am very unsatisfied..."

"I was in need of 2 Motor Controllers. Out of stock everywhere however Robot Hop has a Notify me option. I used it amd within a few weeks received an email that they had 1 in, quickly grabbed it but I needed another so did a 2nd notify and a few weeks later recoeved a new email of in stock. Wow that was great, saved me from.sesrching over and over for them!"

"My litter robot doesn’t work properly. Just bought a new one. Have to pay for shipping to send it so they can repair it. There is not a possibility of you going to the store because it’s all online. So you can’t speak to anyone except by email. It is just not good customer experience"
