Very good customer service
"Today it's so hard to even be able to talk to someone that could help me find the right part for my truck. I was missing a hubcap from an older KMC wheels. I'd seen some on fleabay, but none of them could give me real technical support find find the right one. It shipped out the same day that I ordered and arrived very quickly."

"I placed an order. The following day the item drop shipped from distributor. This saved time in not having item double shipped and delayed by this. In this case distributor was in my back yard. Part did not go back and forth across the country. Very prompt fulfillment."

"Ordered parts online order never sent. No conformation email sent
Emailed them several times no reply.
Had to escalate claim through PayPal to get a refund. They take your cash but have no intention of sending you anything be warned. Absolutely shocking way to run a business.
Reading other reviews it seems they have been doing this for years.

"Beware! Richard Bristow is the owner, they won't contact you if the item isn't in stock. You'll just find out 2 weeks later after waiting for the item to arrive that when you call them and Richard tells you there was a problem with the company carrying the item and then hangs up on you. I call back to complain and he says "I don't care! Whoever you are!".

"I purchased a product from SFX Performance and have not received a response from them in weeks. My credit card was charged for the product. I have sent them multiple email inquiries that went ignored. They never answer the phone when I try to call. I had to contact my credit card company to have all credit card charges reversed. Stay away from SFX Performance !!!"

"SFX provides AMAZING customer service! I called SFX with an unusual need - I was looking for parts to vent exhaust from a diesel generator out through a shed wall, nothing to do with cars at all. The agent (Chriss) had all the time in the world to listen and understand what we needed, and to search for the correct parts. I was quite pleased when the order was finalized. But then, an hour or so later, was simply astounded when Chriss called back to say that she had found an even better part for our application! She actually kept looking for a better option even after the sale was made. And all this level of service and attention for a small project like ours with a first time customer. We just wish that more businesses would treat customers like this."

"I ordered wheels online which were listed as shipping in 24 hrs
4 days later I had no communication from SFX. I called and was informed the wheel is not available in the US. They basically took my money and sat on it without having the courtesy to let me know that the wheels were never available. I had to call to get a refund and they wanted me to wait another 48 hrs for a PayPal refund. I had to ask for a manager to get an immediate refund. This company company has no ethical code. False advertising/mis/information on their website to lure people in."

"I have to say that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I had been looking for a 10 inch Fabtech lift for my truck and could not find it available anywhere do to a shortage of parts. Mr Bristow quickly worked his magic and I received all the parts need to complete my lift and i am excited to start installing it. a friend of mine order the same lift from a different company and he is still waiting to receive his kit..
