"Needed to replace my lint filter for my dryer - could not find my replacement part on-line as it had changed and there was no conversion chart to show old and new - therefore i thought my part was missing and had to call. I prefer to self serve and would make it easier if you just allowed me to know that the filter i needed was in fact the new one you had listed. And then shipping costs - kind of taken back i was charged so much for a thin filter to be shipped standard mail and was $15 - talk about generating revenue off of fees. Disappointed. "
