"Terrible. If I could do zero stars I would. I ordered a new xbox 360 controller on the 6th of june and here I am, the 27 of june and still using a crappy wired controller. Here's a note to all people who have not already purchased anything on this website: if you are even thinking about buying ANYTHING off this website spend the amount it is on amazon.com, they have great shipping times and your product will be in great condition."

"PROS Cheap prices. Correct new product arrived. Courteous and quick responses. CONS Ordered on the 7th in the evening with USPS Priority shipping (2-days). Their shipping status link never worked, even after 3 business days. I had to contact them on the 11th AM to find out what was going on with my order. They say most orders ship between 24-72 hours but it didn't ship until the 4th full business day (three days is slow enough). I finally got the shipping confirmation only to find out they shipped it Fedex Ground (2 days slower) as a 'courtesy'. They said 'our shipping is 3 to 5 business days' so I wondered why I had the option to pick a shipping carrier and service."

"I was very happy with the prices that were offerred on the product that I was looking for. A Gefen Home Theater Scaler. Unfortunately, I needed it for an installation, and my PayPal payment did not go through. I received no call or information about it for several days until after I called them and emailed them several times. So, I missed my installation deadline. I re-ordered from them, because the price was still very good, and asked for 2-day shipping. I ordered on a Friday (July 4th) and expected the order to go out on Monday. Otherwise, why pay for 2-day shipping right? The order did not go out on Monday, but went out on Tuesday and showed up on Thursday. The packaging had clearly been opened before, but the product appeared in 'as new' condition. But, was not sold as an 'open box' product, or listed as such in any way. When I asked for my tracking/shipping information on Monday (July 7) I am happy to say they got it to me... today... July 29. This company is incredibly disorganized. They should not offer next day or second day shipping if they aren't fulfilling orders the same day. They need to learn how phones work and they need to increase their communications skills by a factor of 100. I am very disappointed with their service and will never shop with them again despite the very good price I did get on the product."
