"I ordered my blinds for an outside mount and got outside Mount brackets however the measurements of the blinds are fitting inside the window. So the blinds are too short and not wide enough when mounted above my window looks weird."
"The blinds are Levolor blinds made in Mexico, not China. This is for the light blocking blind. They work with the following qualifiers. 1) They are very heavy, hard to pull down, clumsy to pull up. They don't stay full down, retract a 1/2 inch or so after pulling down. 2) The screw provided to anchor the supports are low quality. The heads get destroyed by a screwdriver, making it very hard to screw / unscrew if needed."

Three month delay for in stock blinds, no communication
"I chose in stock blinds, and they didn’t ship for 3 months. No apology from the company, no communication about why, no offers to cancel the order since the timeline was now so off. What did I get? Daily emails encouraging me to buy more blinds with them while they avoided responding to my actual customer service emails. I am done with this company."

Order #: 10340292 - No Drills Blinds - Two Of the Brackets are too short - they need to be 34 1/2' long so they will be secure inside window and hold up the blind."

"The blinds feel and sound like paper. We ordered the blackout outside mount blinds. They sit so far away from the window, even with the molding around the window and we ordered them so they would have 3 1/2 inches on each side, they let light in. I contacted company to see if they had a bracket that sits closer to the wall but they do not. I tried ordering different brackets from Amazon but they didn’t work with these blinds. Not worth the money."

"Customer service is severly lacking with this company. When you first call you get an automated system that really does everything in its power to avoid sending you to a "real" customer service rep. When you are finally able to get a "real" customer service rep you get someone in Thailand, India, or Timbuktoo. Their English is broken, you have a difficult time getting them to understand your situation, you have an extremely difficult time understanding what they are saying, and end up wanting to know if your issue/situation is going to be handled correctly."
