"This was my first order. I was concerned that my measurement would be off, so I did purchase the fit protection for each shade (3 total), but it was not needed at all. The shades fit perfectly, and work well. I had a little trouble installing the first two, but that could have been user error. The third one popped in super easy, took less than 10 min to install, even with drilling pilot holes. Everything arrived on time, although the tracking was a bit strange from FedEx (it said shipping label created one day, and then it didn’t appear to ship for several days, but arrived within 2 days)."

I contacted customer service five times and sent photos of the missing items and have not received them . The quality of the items are very good, but I will never purchase anything else from this company."

"Promised to be delivered one day between 11-3, time came and went then update from FE, “later that day.” That evening and next day , FE claimed on way. Insisted on trace to begin… arrived 2 days later. Lesson: use different shipper"
"Terrible product. Ordered 4 remote control/electric blinds and had to replace every single one of them with manual blinds. Then one of the Manuel blinds collapsed by itself and had to buy another one on top of everything!"

"Had conversations with Customer Service and took forever for them to figure out the issue. Kept saying it was my fault when I had proof of requesting headrail size be changed. FINALLY got them to read transcripts and remake shades. The remake isn’t even in production yet. So it’s been a month and a half and still don’t have correct shades."

"The blinds are nice but the no drill headrails do not stay in place very well. They don’t fallout but also don’t stay in place totally. I am also very unimpressed with the shade handles which do not pull straight down unless you also hold the back edge of the shade and are also unattractive and cheap looking. Unfortunately all the ones I have found for other brands do not work with these blinds. Overall not worth the amount charged for these blinds"

"Good quality, top goes all the way down, others only do 30% of the window height. Easy install, suggest put brackets back so the blind is inside the frame, or even with the top of the frame. I bought the taupe, was more gray. Taupe to me is in the brown family. Nice blinds will order again for sure"
"I love the blind, but, the raising and lowering mechanism is hard to maneuver. The plastic chain is mounted the side and is hard to use. I prefer the corded type."
"The material is not suitable for a Roman shade and sags terribly. So much so that I cannot raise my shade.
I've contacted Select Blinds and no one has gotten back to me. I'm the past I've had excellent products and service. With the linen Roman shades it's been a disaster."
