"I purchased four identical roller shades. The fabric curled badly along the edges, and one was badly puckered across the bottom 18 or so inches. Some of the bottoms were not square, leaving a tapered light gap at the window sill when rolled down.
Their warranty was not honored for these problems, so I am stuck with $200 in shades I cannot use."

"I have to say, I am very well pleased with the product I have purchased from Shades Shutters & Blinds. As a retail associate, I was able to save a good amount of money and time delivery was outstanding. I will again purchase from this distributor in the future as I have many more windows treatments to invest in. The overall product was very pleasing to the eye as well as UV protection in my home. Thank you for your time and effort for manufacturing a high quality standard roller blind and my best to the manufacturing team who made the measurements to my expectation. Again thank you all! Hopefully I will become eligible for the new IPad."

"We ordered 3 shades with identical fabric. They came in with the fabric pattern running in different directions. This took 3 remakes to get this right.
The fabric on the roller shades was also misaligned so the edges hit the brackets and frayed. This took 2 remakes to get this right.
On 2 of the shades we had to improvise a big screw to hold the roller bracket securely in the cassette because their partial remakes did not allow for reinstalling the roller.
Poor quality check before leaving factory. In the end they rebated us 15% of the cost and an order that should have taken 2 weeks took 4 months. The time and trouble to get it almost right are not worth it."

"Fantastic prices, even more amazing customer service. Had to phone in with a question (what size fascias) and had an answer in minutes -- the rep even called the manufacturer to double-check! Later, I emailed customer service to merge two orders together (to save $75 on shipping) and that same rep replied within minutes and immediately credited my credit card. Quality exceeded expectations as well. Placing my 3rd order with them today."
