"Although their website states shipping will occur within 2-4 days, my order placed last month is still "in process." Customer Service, when asked, said that my item was on backorder, yet this information is not provided to other unsuspecting customers who will expect timely delivery. Hopefully my order will arrive someday..."

"BUYER BEWARE!!!!! I made an order in February, I still have not recieved my purchase.
My order status says, 'in process'. Unless it takes them more than 4 months to process an order, I've been ripped off. If, by a miracle, I recieve my purchase it will definitely be the last!!!"
