Scam!
"Made a purchase and after two days logged in to check status to find that order never existed. It appeared they cancelled orders without telling people?! Card was charged and will definitely file dispute and complaint."

Horrible customer service!
"Avoid SkinCareRX and Skinstore plz! They are British company and have strict and unreasonable return policy in U.S! Horrible customer services! Purchased item as a gift but received it with damaged and deformed outside box. I requested for an exchange but was refused because the customer representative believe the outside box damage doesn’t count “damage”. I can’t believe they are selling such a “looks used”product as a brand new one to their customers and refused to replace a product with horrible quality in U.S today!"

"SkincareRX is the worst online business i have ever dealt with.My experiance has been a nightmare with me purchasing a product for $89.00 and being charged 129.00 and never recieving my goods and then after maybe 15 emails and signing a document they sent me to declare i never recieved the goods and then being told they were not going to resend the product they have lost me forever and i will pass this on to everyone i know to never buy from your company as you are clearly scammers who take peoples money for nothing and pretend to help but clearly have no intention of clearing up the problem.Stupid me i got scammed by you."

"Realising it was a scam, I reached out to their customer service within a couple of hours of purchasing. Sure enough (like everyone else has said on here), they refused to cancel and refund my order, despite the product having not even been dispatched yet.
Horrendous. How are companies like this able to exist?"

Good luck getting your products
"Avoid at all costs if you want your products. They use some third rate shipping company who appear to be totally incompetent. I don’t think they could find a package if it fell on them. After much going back with customer service they did offer a refund or a replacement. Needless to say I took the refund and shopped elsewhere."

Think Twice...
"I had to return a few items because they were not the size they advertised them as. It was not until then that I was notified I had to ship them outside of the country and I had to pay for it. A small box measuring approximately 10"x5"x5" was going to cost me about $50 to ship back. Total waste of time and money. I wish I had never purchased from them...learn from my mistake."

Very Happy Great service!
"I would definitely recommend them from my expirence. They were extremely responsive to messages and emails. I received the spray tan machine in timely manor as well as a nice bag of samples. Their price was a lot less than Sephora for the same machine so I ordered it here. While I have not used the machine yet. I’m hopeing it works ok. I will post another review to update. I would definitely recommend this website for sure!"

"Good prices on Skinmedica products when they go on sale every few months. Get in email list to find out when sales are on. Great customer service and fast delivery (usually free) delivery. Never had a problem with this co. Always great to deal with."

They will not ship your items to you ,the order will be in process forever

Horrible company, how do they exist?!
"I ordered an obaji 1% retinol cream. I'm pretty sure the product is a fake( has no effect whatsoever on my skin, if you use a 1% retinol cream you should feel something!
When I tried to return the jar that was used only a few times, they said that they will not offer a refund. Completely unflexible . Other (reputable) companies at least offer you store credit, or possibility of exchange, or a partial refund. Skincare rx flatly denied to offer a refund!"

SCAM website-AVOID AT ALL COSTS
"I wish I had read these reviews before falling for an online coupon. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced--ever. Shockingly bad. My package of $200 skin products was never delivered and was clearly lost by their "courrier." After weeks of back-and-forth with their "customer service" reps via chat and email they finally agreed to refund me "the next business day." A month later, still no refund. After a contacting again, I was told they couldn't refund me because I hadn't returned the package that was never delivered to me. After contacting again, they agreed they would refund as originally promised "the next business day." A week later, still no refund. Hopefully my credit card company will be able to help. AVOID!!!!!"
