Horrible return policy and shady pricing
"I purchased an item for a particular price which I found out later was being sold at a cheaper price under a different name on the website. I requested a refund and was told rather rudely that I'd have to ship the return at my own expense and that I'd be charged a 15% restocking fee."

Don't rely on the warranty. It's all fake. Directing to this email ****@****.
Smilox.com is not a legitimate website with authorization to sell items from Denmat. If you buy a Rotadent Procare tooth brush for more than $100 +, the item won't last 6 months. It's not worth. Denmat who has ownership could not help me with my complaint neither. Forget about it if you don't want to waste your money!"

Great company
"I placed an online order with smilox And received the product within three days. The mailer had been damaged in shipping with two tubes of teeth Whitener leaking. Wrote to the company and received a replacement for the damaged product in two days. What wonderful customer service! Will have no worries doing business with this company. True they do not have a phone number but you Get an immediate response online. Thank you"

AVOID!
"I ordered from smilox.com aka SmileInc what were described as "Generic Extra Soft Toothbrush (compare to Nimbus)". The toothbrushes that are received are actually very firm (probably medium) and are not even remotely similar to Nimbus. I immediately decided to return them, then noticed at the bottom of my packing slip, "All sales are final. No returns or exchanges." What kind of company operates like this?? I will never order from them again. I guess I can use the toothbrushes that I received for scrubbing sinks & toilets."
