Really efficient expert technical support
"I have spent hours on calls with Microsoft Support without success, so I contacted SoftwareKeep who I bought the product from 3.5 years ago. Anne and Daniel resolved the issue quickly and easily and I'm back up and running again after a nervous week wondering whether I would lose a lot of work. One issue was a simple error on my part and I was able to send a screenshot which Daniel responded to immediately and sorted out the problem."

"Download was an easy experience.
Plenty of help and direction.
I descovered I had downloaded the wrong version that wouldn't work on my OS and sent an email to see what I could do.
Within the hour I was contacted and a new link was sent for me to download a different version.
I even received follow up emails to check that everything was working OK and to thank me for using them."

Problems when installing the software as machine required no previous copies. Chat service available after 8pm on Saturday to assist! SoftwareKeep-UK do NOT meet their promises
"Firstly software was not delivered quickly and took circa 90 minutes to be issued with activation codes. Received software and ran into problems that needed me to contact MS 365 online regarding conflict between Office 32bit and 64 bit (As per guidance from SoftwareKeep-UK) MS 365 said impossible to change. Went to seek assistance via ChatBot at SoftwareKeep-UK where 24/7 support guaranteed. Chatbot sleeping or at the very least not operating. System offered first support call Monday morning UK time at 0700. Not at all happy with service from SoftwareKeep-UK"

As clearly indicated on our website and in the email you received upon purchase, our policy explicitly states that once a license code has been redeemed and bound to an account, it becomes non-refundable. This policy is in place to ensure fair and consistent treatment for all our customers.
Additionally, I would like to highlight that during redemption of the product key, Microsoft's page also states once the lifetime license is redeemed there will be no refunds.
