"Price is good, selection is good. My experience of customer service involved recieving 20+ emails in the span of 3 days of completing an order on the website. Yes, all were automated. When reaching out directly to an agent, there was a longish (5-10 minute wait). The agent replied slowly when connected, and gave out a piece of advice that was wrong. I thanked the agent and then realized that the coupon code I was about to use was actually now invalid, when the agent told me it wouldn't be.
This experience was slightly different from two prior experiences I had with this company/website - months and years ago. Does all this really matter? Not exactly, but, this experience makes me slightly wary of this company/website now, when thinking of dealing them again in the future."
