Love it!
"The shipping was fast and so far the product is great. I see a difference in my skin only after using it a few days as directed and love the spf lip balm. I got 2 samples, one hand sanitizer and an ACE-FERULIC. Unfortunately I spilled the Ace-Ferulic after the 2nd day but intend on buying it because I want to see if makes a difference."

Very poor customer service
"Unfortunately, I had to contact CS two separate times to get my shipment sent. The payment was not processed properly and if I had not questioned why the order was pending after almost a week, and then inquired again after a few days as to the status, who knows if it would ever have been sent.
There was no apology for the poor service or offer to compensate in any way, which just made it all the more irritating."
