"This company is a joke do not waste your money, i spoke to a tech about my printer and they told me that due to a "bug" in my computer is caused the hardware in my printer to go bad. After doing some research on my printer i used some water and a paper towel i fixed the issue. And when calling the company telling them that the printer was fixed with water and a paper towel, they said there was nothing that they could do cause the computer was fixed when my computer was fixed in the first place and didn't have any issues. So after speaking to them they would not give me a full refund. so once again this company is a joke BUYERS BEWARE THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
