"Absolutely awful experience. I needed to return my phone for a different model and they won't send it! It's been almost 3 weeks since they said they would ship my item, and nothing. My emails go unanswered and they don't ever answer the phones. I am having to go through my credit card company to get my money back for a product I don't have. Don't buy from them!"

"I bought 2 BB 8310 to use them in Argentina.
No problem with the shipping and payment, everything OK
A friend brought them and when I tried to use them I noticed one have some deffects on the keyboard and scroll ball.
Some keys doesn't work properly; it's a pitty I´m too far."

"I'm from Uruguay so it was really tough for me to decide to buy it since I usually trust only Amazon. But I won't regret my decision. I explained them I had only one chance to get this cellphone. A friend in USA was coming to visit, they only had 2 days to deliver it. They told me not to worry. The product arrived and surprisingly brought extra (original) accessories such us leather pouch and USB On The Go (OTG) cable.
I'm really satisfied both by the product and the service.

"It was overall a great experience from placing the order to delivery. Tom was great to deal with and answered all of my questions/concerns.
