"I have had booked with Student Universe in past and it was very pleasant experience. But it has been few years and things have changed. Wish i knew before i booked. Flight price was about 100$ less than rest. So i booked the tickets and got booking confirmation. Then, i went to Airline's website to reserve my Seat and look at add on services but couldn't see any. Booking reservation was there however. I spoke to airline who said though my reservation was made, ticket was not issued and so i can not do anything until ticket is issued. It took student universe 4 days to issue the ticket. Meanwhile, fearing that i won't be able to get my favorite seats, i rushed and booked the seats through them, paid 10 per seat per route. And, still waiting for confirmation of that booking. By the way, each time i was charged right away. Seat booking is still pending and it's been over 2 weeks now. I called their customer service number which is third party, they said they will let SU team know to expedite my seat booking, but still waiting. I will not book with SU in future."

"I needed two tickets, for the 25$ deal, and although I got them, one of the flights was for the wrong airline, and both flights were under the same name. I sat on hold for 2 hours to get someone on the line for them to tell me that there would be a cancellation fee of 75$. They then said they could refund the ticket since there was a technology error, but I had no way of securing a new second ticket. If they are running a promotion like this they need to have a way to provide a promo code for the deal as well so when situations like this happen they are able to fix it. They also LIED when it says they can change the name if it is wrong by calling, they said they could not fix the name. I was treated poorly when on the phone, and I have no solution to my issue."

"I signed up Amazon Prime specifically, but soon after ordering, I used the APP without Prime and found cheaper flights, on exacting the same line. It was not a satisfying experience."
