Great product and selection, lacking communication
"I think that Subaru Parts Warehouse has a great selection of products, just what I am looking for at a great price. Love that I can get OEM products for a deal, better than my local dealership! Ordering process is easy and streamlined. The one hiccup I had, was that I placed my order, then heard nothing for almost a month (ordered 11/24, reached out 12/20). I reached out to see if there was an ETA, letting them know that I wasn't in a hurry, just curious since it had been a while. That same exact day, a couple hours later, my order shipped, which was great, but I never got a response from customer service. I am lead to believe therefore, that my order was missed or forgotten. That's not the end of the world or anything, I am happy that my inquiry lead to it shipping. But, I am a human being and it would have been cool if they would have responded to my email too. Anything. No response at all is a little weird. Overall happy with my purchase, but there are a lot of online OEM retailers out there, so not sure I would go with this exact company again based on the communication...or lack thereof."

"This is easy to install. However there is a small chip in the plastic around the backup camera, I think it came from the factory this way as the part was packaged well. It is not visible unless the trunk is open, but I would not say no to replacement from Subaru Parts Warehouse."
