"I ordered a used laptop motherboard from synaptic systems. The item I received was defective. It took 3 months of back and forth emails to get them to replace it. I had to put up a $50 security deposit before they would ship out a replacement. I was to receive the deposit back when they received there old defective unit back. I am still waiting for my money. They have been reported to the Indiana AGs office. from others feedback online, this seems to be synaptic systems way of doing business. I believe they do most business on eBay."
