Elite seals are prestigious banners given to retailers who are loved by their customers. To get one, a retailer has to consistently get high scores over time
"This company does not respond with the issues of the item. We ordered harmonium which has key and air leak issues when we received it. They are horrible in the service. Their instruments are not of quality as well based on the amount of money they charge."
"I bought an Esraj (Indian musical instrument) from this seller, it arrived damaged which was entirely due to lazy packaging as they had not loosened the strings before sending the item. I contacted them and they refused to refund me unless is payed over £200 to ship it back to them through Indian customs, they offered me a replacement (if I pay another customs charge India to UK at £150!!! :( ) I accepted the replacement, this was 3 months ago, I have not received anything, they no longer reply to my emails or watsap messages at all and are completely ignoring my request for an update on shipping which should have been immediate. Terribly disappointed an upset with my experience, I'm down over £700 and have a damaged (not to mention RUBBISH!! quality) instrument that I can't even give away it's that bad! BE WARNED DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY, I'VE SINCE READ MANY REVIEWS SIMILAR TO THIS ONE AND WISH I HAD KNOWN SOONER."
"They sent me a Sarod with multiple manufacturing defects. The bridge was so high that some notes like komal rishabh could jot be played. The tarab strings had defects as well. Also, the sarod they sent looks nothing like what is advertised in their website. Don’t buy anything from here."
"Me and several of my friends have ordered from them over 8 weeks ago, the payments went through for all of us instantaneously. We even received confirmation emails, including promise of shipping within 3-5 working days of the order. 8 weeks later and after relentless phone calls and emails (phone numbers are false and just ring endlessly, email and contact us forms are never replied to), we finally received one email which promised we would send the instruments in 1 week. Another 2 weeks later and there is no email or mention of instruments being sent. I've come to the conclusion that we have been conned. I have informed local authorities and also my credit card company, they will be perusing them for costs. I don't understand how fraud on such a large scale cam be allowed to continue. Also they have sister websites with the same contact details. Tabla sitar and buyraagini are the same company.
Do not fall foul to their fraudulent activity. You cannot trust these people!!!"
"BEWARE! I have purchased a Dholak from them, and quality is very bad, sound quality is very poor, They have used very cheap nuts & bolt, it's already started rusting. More over they are charging TAX for shipping to Canada"
