"Thought I could find phone numbers for stores to call that might have items not still in stock online. Found I couldn’t so customer service associate helped me search for available items I might like and placed my order for me. She was very patient, kind and knowledgeable. Would like to still be able to obtain store phone numbers that have my desired items in stock. I am older and live in a rural area quite a distance from a Talbots store. I am retired so I need to wait until sales and by then online, my size is often sold out. Also wish Talbots made more below knee or midi skirts."
"I responded that issue was not yet resolved because I have not yet received the items that I ordered originally which never were received, then reordered through the call with your agent. The agent indicated that the order would be expedited as I had originally paid for 2 day shipping. The items should have arrived 2 days ago. They are still not here. I believe the issue is your use of the USPS for shipping. They apparently are unreliable to use for expedited shipping."

"I love Talbots and am a p/t associate again after many years… my suggestion is to please clarify the invoices/receipts that come with orders. Even as an employee, I find them confusing as do many of our customers. IImagine it would save a lot of headaches and unnecessary calls if they were easier to understand in terms of charges,shipping fees, and dividend used etc. thank you! Otherwise I LOVE Talbots it is always classic and spot on style wise!"
