"I placed an order on 16th of December. I got the confirmation for purchase and the amount came straight out my account. On the 19th I contacted the company requesting shipping information because I never received any. I was told that the shipping information would be provided that evening. It is now the 22nd of December and I still haven’t received shipping information and before purchase the item stated that it is a direct ship from manufacturer and takes 3-4 days. Contacting customer service stated that they don’t have information on shipping still. With so much theift going on, I like to know when I’m expecting something I paid for. There too many I don’t knows with this company and their products. Beware!"
"I placed an order with team-bedding a couple of days before Christmas. I was not expecting to receive my order in time for the holidays, but I did want to know about when my order would be shipped. I sent several emails and also left several messages on the customer service line. I requested a call back. I have not heard a word back by phone regarding my concerns, no ship date, no tracking information, no nothing!"
