When they didn't arrive by Dec. 31, customer service was super helpful and prompt (even during non-US business hours!). After a couple more days waiting to be sure, they were happy to ship a new set, working with me to replace a color no longer available.

"I first had an issue with an order being lost by USPS, they issued a refund which posted immediately. Then when I had a quality issue they responded quickly and resolved the matter with a single email exchange and I didn’t need to go back and forth or wait for weeks for a resolution. "I bought a hoodie for a Christmas gift, I bought the wrong size, on the Teepublic website site, they state, we will correct anything wrong at no charge, I submitted a claim on Christmas Day, and yesterday, January 4th, the hoodie in the correct size was delivered, and they told me not to bother returning the incorrect hoodie. So, I took it to a homeless shelter and donated to a lady who acted like I gave her a million $$. . The service from Teepublic is outstanding.
