Great quality, great customer service!
"Ordered 4 T's to ship internationally on Dec. 2, shipping time of 15-20 business days. When they didn't arrive by Dec. 31, customer service was super helpful and prompt (even during non-US business hours!). After a couple more days waiting to be sure, they were happy to ship a new set, working with me to replace a color no longer available.
They reprinted, reshipped within a couple of days and this new set arrived ...and I'm THRILLED with the print and product quality. But just as much with the friendly and eager people who clearly know how to do customer service. You guys rock!"

Excellent customer service! Great shirts!
"T-shirt I ordered was very soft and great quality. It was too small originally, so I requested an exchange. They sent the replacement shirt immediately; I had my exchange in only a couple days. Teepublic generously let me keep the original shirt as well! All the while, they were very kind, responsive, and helpful through email. I'd very much recommend Teepublic for any t-shirt hunters! :)"

Amazing Customer Service
"I first had an issue with an order being lost by USPS, they issued a refund which posted immediately. Then when I had a quality issue they responded quickly and resolved the matter with a single email exchange and I didn’t need to go back and forth or wait for weeks for a resolution. Needless to say I could rave about their prices, their selection or their fast shipping (ordered gifts on Dec 18 and had them in my hands on Dec 23) but hands down it is their customer service that will make me a lifelong customer and I will be telling everyone I know where to go for pretty much ANY T-shirt."

"I bought a hoodie for a Christmas gift, I bought the wrong size, on the Teepublic website site, they state, we will correct anything wrong at no charge, I submitted a claim on Christmas Day, and yesterday, January 4th, the hoodie in the correct size was delivered, and they told me not to bother returning the incorrect hoodie. So, I took it to a homeless shelter and donated to a lady who acted like I gave her a million $$. . The service from Teepublic is outstanding. I have bought many T-Shirts from them, and I will continue buying from them. They deserve my business"

Amazing Customer Service!
"I bought shirts for my boys for Christmas and somehow I had ordered an adult large instead of a kids large for my son. I reached out via email and explained the situation and asked them how to go about the exchange. They messaged me back on New Year's Day letting me know that they already processed the exchange for me and I already got a shipping notice. I am amazed at how they stand behind their product and how quickly they helped me out. I will always check out their shop first and think everyone else should too!"

Fantastic Customer Service
"I have ordered customized shirts and hoodies from this online store, many times in the last few years, and have always been very happy with the products. Recently, I made a purchase, and when the item arrived, there was a small line where the image did not seem to adhere to the fabric, almost as if a hair had gotten in the way of the ink. I contacted customer service, and in less than an hour, they completely refunded my order AND said I can keep the item (or donate it). They were super helpful and totally reinforced my high opinion of this online store. I recommend them completely!"

"I purchased a Smokey and the Bandit t-shirt for my hub. He LOVES this movie and will often quote it with his buddies. He typically wears a large but I knew it was going to be too small when it arrived. They run a little small so order a size up. I really wanted to give it to him for Christmas so I reached out to customer service about an exchange. Not only did they send him an XL right away, they told me to keep the large so now we have matching shirts! Their response was fast and professional. They care about their customers. Great Customer Service
"I ordered a few shirts from different creators for Christmas gifts and when my husband opened his he noticed a small stain right on the front. I contacted customer service the next day and to my surprise, I received a reply in under a hour and a new shirt was on the way. I appreciate the timeliness and willingness to correct a mistake.
