Not what I expected.
"Once the Whiz gets the phone in their hands, they break it down saying its damage or has scratches and will not give what they originally quoted you. I received $3 dollars on a quoted $40. Not worth the effort. Should have left in the drawer."

The Whiz Cells is still TOP NOTCH!
"I have sold quite a few phones all flagship to the Whiz Cells. mine were all in excellent condition and I got top dollar for them. I've always gotten them right when they said I would even during snow storms or post office delays. they always write back to me if I have a question. I love the customer service and I love the quick service and that's what keeps me coming back you should try them I wouldn't go anywhere else!"

"This was my first time using this company and I have to say The Whiz Cells is head over heels the best resale company I've ever used and that's saying something! Typically I use BuyBack Boss to sell my electronic devices. And while it is a wonderful company, it does not take OnePlus devices and I wanted to sell my OnePlus Open foldable phone. The phone was in excellent condition with 100% battery health and I described it as such. The Whiz Cells not only offered a premium price for the phone but the money was in my account the same day as the phone was received by the company. WOW!!! Not even BuyBack Boss can match that speed! I give The Whiz Cells my highest recommendation. You will not be disappointed!"

Posted Dec-27-2024I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy. I took at look at your order and see that you accepted the new offer and was paid out. We could have shipped the devices back to you at our expense. The iPhone 13 pro max had several issues but the iPad we paid the full amount for the model that it is. It is a wifi only model and not cellular.
