Venue Change
"After I purchased tickets for my event the venue was changed. My tickets never updated in Ticketmaster and I was concerned that the purchase through the third party wouldn’t be honored. I reached out to customer service and Stacy-Ann S worked with me for weeks leading up to event time. I was instructed to reach out to the venue and the event production people and once I had everything in a row did feel like she was also working to get everything lined out so my original purchase was honored and I was able to attend."
