Tickets confirmed not delivered
"Tickets were noticeably overpraised to start with but it was a birthday present for my wife. The tickets were purchased and CONFIRMED. Two days before the show Tictets-Center informed me the tickets cannot be delivered (no reason offered) and the order is cancelled. I asked for a ticket replacement. I was told it had to be approved and the approval was not likely. I asked for approval. The approval request was rejected. The only positive thing is that the agent on phone was polite and I got full refund. Tell it to my wife! Do not use Tickets-Center, will be disappointed."

Careful When Purchasing Event Parking
"Buying event parking is a convenience. What is not a convenience is offering parking for the event and the distance to the venue from the parking isn’t reasonable. I am working to resolve this issue, but buyer beware that a seller may not disclose that the parking purchase is 15 to 20 minutes away."

Scam - very dishonest business
"SCAM!
I was alerted by American Express that there looked to be a fraudulent charge on my account.
There was.
I immediately emailed the business to cancel.
Then, I immediately called the business.
I spent 25 min with a call rep. She read the same short script multiple times.
She said she was not authorized to make a refund.
She put me on hold and claimed she "chatted" with refund authority and was told not to issue a refund.
I asked to be escalated. She said she could not as she only had "chat" access.
I asked for her name an employee number. She would not provide."

Hidden Costs
"I recently purchased some tickets for a Blues Artist in Milwaukee. The 4 general entrance tickets were $140.00, but it cost me another $270.00 in processing fees. I only noted that as I was checking out. I had thought LONG and hard to decide to purchase, which ultimately did, but when the fees are greater than the tickets.... what can you say?"

Good but can do better
"I bought 5 seats for $199/ea & a parking pass for $70 from a reseller that was confirmed via email. Afterwards, the seller stated that the seats we selected were actually not available and offered seats further back in the venue for a total discount of $70. The parking pass they transferred was for the wrong day. The seller did provide a bigger discount and fixed the parking but, I spent a few hours on the phone sorting out the issues. There should be more accountability on resellers who are clearly making a profit reselling."
