"the customer support is barely adequate. when you call in the middle of a weekday 'nobody is available to take your call'. the 'aluminum' cta oil filter wrench is made like a cheap knock off. the casting is full of deep pits. do yourself a favor and buy a no name off ebay. you'll get the same quality oil filter wrench shipped to your door for less than tool source charges for shipping"
