"I ordered two State flags on 4/9. It took TWO weeks for delivery and I live in the middle of the Country! Open up the package and here's two China made flags printed on ONE side only. I've had a flag pole for 15 years and bought dozens of flags and have never seen nor WANTED a one sided flag, who would? Contacted support and got a RMA and sent them back on 4/23. Almost THREE weeks (it would have taken 3 business days for shipping back) later on 5/12 they send an email that my return made it back to their warehouse. Then...crickets for days and days and days. They have a link to click on for your new Estimated delivery. It is NEVER shows a date and never will. On 5/20 I sent a email to their support to cancel and refund my credit card and again...crickets,not one word from them. I contacted Pay Pal and my credit card and opened a case to get my damn money back. Luckily I'm only in with this bunch for $27, it could have been hundreds. AGAIN...if you have a problem with these crooks they will BLOW YOU OFF like you never existed.
