Website is easy to use but didn't see option for sales tax exemption
"We usually order our supplies from Amazon because they have our tax exemption certificate on file. But they were out of the Mark E II packets we wanted. It was easy to find the product on your website but we didn't see a way to upload our sales tax exemption certificate.
Your very kind representative called to explain how to transmit our certificate in order to avoid the sales tax. How enjoyable to do business with a company that really serves their customers!"
