Very poor quality
"I ordered for 4 kurtha. They delivered 3 which was very inferior quality I am yet to receive 1 more and no one can be reached. They have still not sent or refunded the money even after 2 months. They cheat people telling that they have been in business for 20 over years. Beware of this online company. Don’t get cheated"

Don't place bulk order
"Don't place bulk order, they will not give you the discount as they promise. They will not accept damages after 24-48 hours of delivery.
Once you advertise to all your friends to get bulk orders, then you place the order... they will not give you discount as promised what would you tell your friends... they think you took all the money....
after delivery, you give it to all people.. it take more than 1-2 days and if you get back to them, they will not accept it....
Don't trust them"

Horrible
"I ordered 3 outfits for my husband, myself and son for a party. They were delivered while we were out of town on a Monday. We returned on Friday and tried everything on that Saturday. Nothing fit so I contacted customer service to return. They said I couldn't because I did not notify them within 48 hours. I told them we were out of town and they did not care. VERY disappointed and would never recommend to anyone!"

Not a happy customer
"Took really long to get here and I overpaid 60% of the cost of the order in customs - after several emails back and forth they agreed to cover some of it (initially as store credit but later agreed to send it to my visa) could’ve been dealt with faster and in a more effective way. Sizes not accurate but the quality was alright."

The Worst of the Worst!
"Please do not order from Utsav Fashion they are the embodiment of the Indian mantra of mediocrity: Chalta hai! They do not accept responsibility, they do not tell you what is happening after you place the order. They just tell you tomorrow. Tomorrow becomes 4 days, then 10 and so on and so forth. Save yourself the headache and do not waste your hard earned money with these jokesters!"

The 1 star reviews are not lying. Do not buy from Utsav Fashion! CS is horrible
"Number of issues. 1. Their pictures are very deceiving, and am not even talking about the accessories depicted on the pictures, just the major differences in the design. 2. Quality is poor. 3 out of the 4 dresses that I ordered have stonework and embroidery issues. Stonework is missing on very visible location and it is not just one or two pieces that are missing, but like at least 20. Embroidery is pulled here and there. Expect to fix or to fight for refund! Customer service started to ignore my complaint after I denied to accept their $30 refund to use towards fixes!"

WORST QUALITY A TOTAL RIPOFF AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
"I received the delivery today. The order has multiple issues and I’m shocked to see the low quality.
It’s a big disappointment. I have paid $190 for a product which isn’t worth even $40. Is this a joke?
The photograph on Utsav’s website is completely different quality and look
Probably they sell fake copy of the originals.
How can you do this to the customer?
1. It’s a synthetic low quality cloth. With a really stingy net through out. The sequene is the worst patch work one can imagine.
1. The piece is defected. The image shows a slit on till the top. The one I received is a gown with no slit. Looks ugly.
2. It’s tight and not asper measurement. And it’s uneasy to breath in.
3. The product itself is a super low quality. Not upto Standards as shown in the pictures.
4. They don’t have a phone number for customers to contact and the chat personnel keeps closing the chat without answering the questions
I wish to return it as soon as possible.
However, apparently I require a return authorisation email to even return which according to them takes 24 hours but they expect package to receive back within 7-9 days.
Even for overseas deliveries ( Please are shipping cost is more than the worth of the product).
ITS A TOTAL RIP OFF. I would NEVER BY FROM THEM AGAIN.

Bad: No ethics. Rude customer service.
"Bad: No ethics. Rude customer service. They feel no obligation to fulfill what was indicated on their website. One day shipping means, from the day they decide to ship. No one knows when the items would be shipped. I booked 3 salwar suits. they shipped 2 dresses. They didn't even bother to inform me that they are out of the sizes for the 3rd dress. When called the customer service won't apologize any way, but you are at their mercy. Take it or leave it attitude. Choose from what's available at full price. All discounts applied on the unshipped 3rd dress won't apply any more.
Good: They have a good collection of variety of Indian apparel."

Horrible online shopping experience
"I'm so sorry that I did not read others reviews before, had I done so, I would have never purchased from Utsavfashions. I am an online shopper, saw the very nice sarees, etc that this site had to offer and so I decided to get a very nice shalwar that they were advertising, so after checking the measurements, I made the purchase.
So it came on time, however there was a big color variation, and to top that off the size was off. I couldn't even get my feet into the pants how they were so very tight because of course it wasn't a stretch material. To top that off, their website is not user friendly for an easy return, so finally when I found the return icon, it took me to many other different areas of the website other than to return. Anyway, I finally got there and sent them an email, of course they did not accept my return and told me to send a pic to see about the color variation, and not surprisingly, they refuted that as well. This is a horrible website. DO NOT BUY FROM UTSAVFASHIONS, if you do not want a horrible experience.."

Will never recommend anyone....trap
"These people are very good in response but pointless,will not make any difference.sent me wrong size of Kurta twice and for 3 pieces pakistani suit sent me different color duppata and never admit, telling me camera flash in the photo.didnt giver me proper suit neither a refund.horrible exp. Please do not buy anything from them.i can tell there are make up good reviews from friends..honestly don't take a risk and waste your money."
