"We bought a replacement faucet for our craftsman style home bathroom and we were very pleased. The quality is outstanding and the piece is beautiful. The only thing missing was directions! We will order from here Vintage again."

"I received my order with damage on the shower base, I emailed pictures of the damage and got no response, maybe i sent it to the wrong email address, but what ever I guess l have to work with a cracked shower base. I will know better next time...Buy local so you can inspect product first.."

"Well, I can’t say I’ve had a good experience or would recommend this company to anyone I liked. First shipment: tub, fixture for a sink, and drain for tub. The tub was damaged and the fixture was the wrong color. Shipped them back. Waited two weeks again for the replacements to show. The replacement tub was wrong, it had drillings and I ordered no drillings and the fixture had to be tinkeredxwotj as the handles opened towards the sink instead of towards the user. Meanwhile I need to get the tub installed as I’ve kept backing my plumber up and I need to finish this build. I’m at a loss…"

Copper Sink Purchase
"The copper sink we ordered is beautiful, great quality. Even though UPS somehow managed to damage the sink VTB was quick to respond and sent a replacement out immediately with FEDEX. I was impressed with our customer service representative, she was amazing."

Beyond horrible quality product and even worse customer service...
"I purchased a bridge style kitchen faucet from Vintage Tub & Bath on 2/5/23. It was installed by a licensed plumbing contractor with great difficulty. After several attempts to install the faucet, it kept leaking profusely. Finally, after using liberal amounts of plumber's grease and thread tape, the faucet stopped leaking. On 5/17/23, the faucet again began leaking profusely. I called the same plumbing contractor who came out to attempt to repair the faucet the next day, but was unable to repair the leak and informed me that the faucet is defective. On THREE separate occasions, I sent emails to the company customer support requesting a full refund for this defective product and be sent a prepaid shipping tag for return of defective product. I also requested to be fully reimbursed for the cost of installation by the plumbing contractor. To date, I have not received a single response from this company. I am beyond disappointed and frustrated by the poor quality of this product and the complete lack of customer service. The inconvenience it has caused my family in not having a functioning kitchen faucet and having to wash dishes in buckets until I could find another company to purchase a quality faucet was the cherry on top. Do not purchase anything from this disgrace of a organization."

Great product, very insufficient installation instructions
"Although the quality and appearance of the product was as expected, it was extremely difficult to assemble, even with basic plumbing knowledge and experience. The limited text-only instructions were insufficient and the process took several days to complete and required tools not included or listed in the kit (i.e. pipe cutter, level, measuring tape). I am very satisfied with the end product, but I highly recommend that Vintage Tub invest in user-friendly video tutorials to help home owners utilize their products."

The fixture had a leak
"I ordered a new faucet for our clawfoot tub, and while it looked great and was easy to install, we discovered a slow leak from one of the internal welded joints. Since this was an issue with the manufacturers weld and not with our plumber's installation, there was nothing we could do to fix it. I reached out to the company via text chat and also through email to see if we could get a replacement and never heard back. Now we're stuck with a leaky, not-cheap faucet."

"I have purchased serveral products from VT&B and have been very happy with all of my purchases. When one of my purchases arrived damaged (a pedestal sink) they replaced it quickly. Broken basin
