"I like the product - even if it is quite pricey - but was a little disappointed with customer service. My credit card was declined (it had expired) and I immediately provided a correct one. I never received an acknowledgement nor any shipping updates"

"Great prices and fast delivery. Package is awesome. I normally buy mayonnaise from Amazon .com and always 1 or 2 jars and up damaged and Amazon normally will not give you the refund for damaged products. And for now I will buy anything liquid only from Vitacost. Great packaging"

Took 10 days to receive my order
"I’ve been buying from Vitacost for years. I’ve noticed within the last year or more. It’s taking quite a bit longer to get some of my orders. If they are shipped from the East Coast, using FedEx is exceptionally good. But if they are coming from Nevada OR if using USPS, the shipping is extremely slow.
i’d like to continue using Vitacost, but it’s making me consider other options"

"I usually get my Vitacost order in two days. Occasionally, I've gotten it the very next day. This time, it was shipped via USPS and the tracking showed they were still awaiting the package 4 days after ordering. No movement on the tracking until I called customer service. The package then arrived 2 days later."
