"Fast shipping -good quality-beautiful dress. We were skeptical at having to order a much larger size due to the UK measurement chart. But I had her to try it on when it arrived today, eight days after purchase. It looks beautiful on her. However, she is short and we will have to take in some at the shoulders and perhaps hem a little. It looks easy enough to do. Overall, I am very satisfied with the cost, fast shipping and quality and style of the dress."

"I ordered the Ophelia dress. It arrived. I put it on and realized it was not the same dress as in the picture (the bust shelf part was not a pseudo bust shelf and did not even go under the bust, instead it goes across the shelf, thus making it look weird, maybe it would work on a shorter person). They literally used the photo from another website. So, I sent emails and tried their online chat for about 2 months. The emails could never get through and the online chat never worked. The thing is, I received an order confirmation from the same email, so I know it's valid. I am concerned about returning the dress because I do not believe they will issue a credit. I think this company is a scam."
