Restoration of my Elgin Pocket Watch
"From the time I dropped my Elgin Pocket Watch at UPS until it arrived back at my house, my experience with Watch Repairs USA was first class. The watch was totally rebuilt and now runs like a charm. I have it hanging in a glass dome. I wind it every morning. After being told by local jewlers that pocket watches cannot be repaired, I am delighted to have found Watch Repairs USA in Rockville Centre, NY which is a town I know very well."

A great experience
"Great communications, I feel like I know these folks on a first name basis. They were very inexpensive, the repairs were 33% of what anyone else had quoted. They also went above and beyond by cleaning the watch, checking for water resistance, etc. Although I was told the repairs could take 6 weeks, I got my watch back two weeks or so after I approved the costs of the repair. PLUS! A one year warranty on the work. I will never go anywhere else when I need a repair. Thank you!"

They communicated in a timely manner and the repair, though took a few months longer than I had hoped probably because of the parts required, was done perfectly and I have zero complaints. Excellent Service
"I found Watch Repairs USA on-line. I had two Boccia watches that had been discontinued and were no longer keeping the correct time. I mailed them in, got confirmation that they had arrived with photos of the watches and the work I wanted done. I then got an email a short time later that they were working on the watches, with an estimate of the cost. Both watches were repaired and they sent me the shipping information. Both watch’s keep time and look great."

Timely and well done repair
"My Hamilton Khaki just stopped working. I Googled Hamilton Repair and these guys came up. A good read of their website outlined all the work and process. So I sent my watch in prepaid and free. A few days later I got an email to confirm receipt and a quote a day later. The cost of the repair was reasonable. The repair took about a week and my watch came back with an overnight service.
My Hamilton feels like new again. The winder, the movement, etc. smooth as silk.
I think if I can offer some feedback I'd suggest maybe an option to polish or clean the watch itself for a fee.
But otherwise, happy to have my Hamilton back on my wrist."

"I was very hesitant to send my watch through the mail to be repaired. IT is somewhat expensive. However, after talking with someone who had used Watch Repairs USA, I decided to give it a try. I'm glad I did. I was kept informed every step of the way. When my watch was shipped from UPS, when it arrived at Watch Repairs USA and kept informed in every step of the repair process. They had to send it back to the manufacturer and I was informed of that as well.
The repair was completed my watch shipped back as good as the day I bought it, which was 20 years ago.
I will certainly use Watch Repairs USA again and would recommend them to anyone who is in need of watch repair or a general overhaul and cleaning of your watch."

Like new again....
"The repair team at Watch Repairs USA did a fantastic job on bringing my Swiss Army watch back to like new condition! They were up front with all repair requirement and estimates, stuck to it and delivered in a very professional and courteous manner. Their expertise in completing the job in a timely manner was appreciated very much. I highly recommend them for all fine watch repair needs. I will certainly be showing off my "new" watch to friends who told me to just get a new timepiece. I did, and very proud of it.
