"I too wish I had checked their ratings here before I ordered! I have complained with photos of the problems but I seriously doubt I will ever hear anything. I have a 2009 Cadillac CTS and the mats fit and look horrible. This is one of the biggest disappointments I have ever had with any product anywhere at anytime. I recommend anyone to try WalMart first! They couldn't possibly be any worse fit."

"i bought floor coverings, vent visors and cargo cover. i was charged twice for $30 for shipping. i have tried since 29nov2010 to resolve this problem i have talked to 3 customer service reps and emailed them also. i have been told 3 times that i would be credited the $30 back to my credit card. i have never had to test their customer service until now. i am a repeat customer also. this is definitely my last dealings with this company. all i can say is their customer service sucks."

"I ordered 2 sets of front mats, received one set in 1 week, the second set has still not arrived. I have sent 3 emails requesting status with no response. Have tried to call 3 times, get the same greeting, "your call is #11 in the cue, expected wait is over one hour". Come on Weather Tech, get some Customer Service!"

"Ordered a set front and rear FloorLiner™ DigitalFit for my 2010 Prius after reading the following shipping info on WeatherTec website (USA, "Please allow 3 to 7 business days for manufacturing and up to 5 business days for FedEx ground shipping (unless you chose express shipping) to deliver your package to your door from our Kansas manufacturing facility." Now 12 full business days and 3 emails later (the last 2 have been ignored) my floor mats haven't been shipped. After waiting the listed time on the website I emailed WeatherTech for a estimated ship date and was told they would ship by the end of last week 3-26-10 low-an-behold as of Monday, March 29th still no ship date. So I emailed WeatherTech to get an estimated shipping date twice with no response. If you don't mind waiting and being ignored then give this Co. a try. Hopefully when I receive my mats they'll be worth the wait.....but when?"

"Ordered a set of rear "digital-it" floor liners. It arrived just over 1 week by UPS. Packaging was good in cardboard box but the mat was folded in half. I have to leave the mat unfolded in the house for a few days for it to regain it's shape. Quality was good, but still think it's a little over price for a piece of rubber. But then, no one else sells good quality custom mats that's this heavy duty. I paid CAD$91 total for the rear set. Shipping is already included in the price, so there was no surprise pickup fees. Overall, a good place to get custom mats. Will order again in the future when we get a new car."
