$35 for Next Day Business Air but received on day 5? Refund Please.
"Buy elsewhere. I paid $34.95 for Next Day Business Air shipping. They kept having issues viewing the prescription I provided at the time of ordering. I submitted the prescription in the required format, twice. And twice, they had issues on their end. The third time they were finally able to view it. 3 days of back and forth with them had gone by. I anticipated already having the contacts by then. I received the contacts 5 days after. I would love a refund of the extra $ I paid to receive the contacts quickly. Seems like quite the farce. I will definitely order elsewhere next time."

"I would like to update my review to reflect the excellent customer service I received following my negative review. Shortly after posting the negative review, a customer service rep from the company called me and asked about what had happened and why I had posted the negative review so they could research the problem and improve their services. He took my info, researched the problem, got back to me right away, and solved the problem. So after the initial problem, I did receive excellent customer service and my issues were resolved.
