I had a question before placing the order, which they answered (via human being on the phone!) almost immediately. I needed to get a better fix on when the fixtures would arrive, in order to schedule a plumber, and their staff was very helpful -- in fact, the fixtures arrived several days sooner than I expected."

"I was a little apprehensive about ordering expensive plumbing fixtures from the web, but my experience was positive. They definitely win on price and customer service was excellent. After installation I found a broken fitting. It could have been a plumber installer problem or a manufacturing defect. Webfaucets did not argue the point and got me replacements parts free of charge immediately. Customer service followed up even after shipping the replacement parts to make sure I was happy. Much better service than my local plumbing supply house."

I emailed them and got a prompt answer with the promise that a replacement part would be on its way. It arrived in 3 days and was perfect. The same day it arrived I received an email asking if it had been delivered. Great service and great value- a wonderful combination."
