Best value online supplement store.
"I was really disappointed when they closed down.
I've been buying supplements from Webvitamins for more than 10 years (so long I've lost count!).
Whilst some supplements could occasionally be found cheaper elsewhere, no other supplier I found could consistently match their value, and they had items I just couldn't find elsewhere!
I always found customer service friendly and helpful.
On the down side, more recently their search engine had an annoying perstent glitch I could only get around by using my computer skills."

"Horrible horrible never use this seller. I bought a Moso bag to get rid of odors in a 100 sq foot area. The advertisement says will affect 500 sq foot area. Web vitamins is telling me I need to buy a bigger bag. They should refund my money. This is a copy of a Moso product. It is not the real thing. NEVER USE WEBVITAMINS!!!!!!!"

I really wanted to do business with this company because they have good prices and (supposedly) a good selection. But every time I order from them there is something that is not available. The last time it took them 11 days to tell me the item is not available."

"Worst online company ever. I paid $15 for 2 day shipping, order was shipped 3 days after payment and received 7 days later. I hate to think how long it will take for regular delivery. I will never reorder for them again, will go to vitacost instead, I received 2 orders in 1 business day. I received order before webvitamin order and I order items 3 days after webvitamin order was placed. Don't order from this company, they don't care about customer satisfaction or fast shipping. I would give zero stars if I could."

"If you don't mind waiting for a month or so, then it may be alright.
I am disabled, so I order most everything online. I ordered 2 items, tea and spice. I placed the order 10 days ago.
(Last year).
I just received an email tonight that they are shipping my order.
I have had 3 orders come that were all placed well after this one.
I have responded to their email to let them know this is my last order. I just think a company that does not care about their customers and how quickly their order goes out, probably could care less about quality. God Forbid you have a problem. I am a second off from turning them into the BBB. I am livid."
