"BUYER BEWARE: I bought this RC Gas Ferrari with shipping for $212 which turned out being defective. I took the unit to a local hobby store who said the glow plug sent with the unit was bad which shorted out the unit before it would even start up which it did not ever start up and that I was sold a defective unit. I contacted the seller who promised to make good on exchanging this defective RC Gas Ferrari with a working tested replacement by emailing a "call tag label" to me that within the day, two weeks ago Wednesday, but never fulfilled his promise by issuing the pickup label to exchange the bad unit. Two weeks has gone by since I reported the problem to him with zero satisfaction. Jake is polite & courtesy however fails to make good on any of his promises after I have to repeatably email him to email me the call tag label for an exchange for reasons unknown despite him claiming responsibility for delivery of a defective RC Ferrari. My last two emails to Jake have now gone ignored when I demanded he resolve this situation. I will not ever buy from these people again. Bad experience. I now am out my money and have a dead unit I can't get them to back. I am disputing the transaction."

"Ordering was easy, however, after-sale was very bad. Never got an email with conf#, never got a notice that they shipped it. No communication whatsoever. Email them to ask when they shipped it out, no respond. Next day, the shipment arrive.
RC Boat that I order was horrible. I order two of them at $60 each. The battery only lasted 5 minutes. Call to see if it was defective or if I could exchange it for a better one. Was told that these are cheap battery and cheap charge. I should upgrade to better battery and charge. Both of those would cost me more than the boat it self. Was told I couldn't return it since I used it once. How would I know that it is bad unless I used it? THen they continue to tell me that I should have research the model I bought. I told them that their website does not mention anything about the boat only lasting 5 minutes. They did mention on the more expensive one that it last more than 40 minutes. It seem that if it is something that make the product look bad, the omit that information.
Be aware of their website info. I am not stuck with two RC boats that is basically worthless."

"Ordered some parts for one of my radio controlled trucks. I selected them after doing a search and found they had the parts I needed "in stock." They also have banners all over their site saying that ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED IN 24HRS. Well three days late it was in the same "payapl processing" status that it was in from the day I placed the order. I had emailed them twice during that time and never got a reply. I finally logged on to their live chat and got an CS rep that apologized but said "with all big companies somethings fall through the cracks." I cancelled my order because they couldn't tell me exactly when it would ship and I was tired of waiting. I will never shop there again."

"Well, my part has been on order for 10 days now -- the website showed it as 'In Stock' and that it would ship the next business day. The transaction cleared my bank account 9 days ago, and still, the order is 'processing'.
I've submitted 3 support tickets and received zero response from Xenon Project.
I'm hoping to get my money back, but at this point, I'm thinking that may be wishful thinking.
If you value customer support and receiving your order, avoid this place if at all possible."

"I have bought several RC helicopters from different online companies. Was badly burned by Raidentech.
Tried Xenon Project. I was very impressed with the prompt shipment and friendly service and e-mails
My helo arrived with a bad battery, and possibly a defective charger.
Contacted Xenon. Prompt reply.
They are sending me a replacement battery with a charger without requiring the return of the defective items.
I will be buying from them from now on."
