"In November, I ordered 2 Waldorf Dolls as a Christmas presents for my grandchildren.To date have not received that dolls. The only package I received was a Christmas stocking with a thank you note. I contact them and they said it was delivered to the mailbox. I told them this is my business address and there is no mailbox. They emailed me tracking number and after talking to the local postmaster, he said this is what scammers do. I am going to report them to FTC . DO NOT SHOP FROM THIS COMPANY."
"In early November 2021 I ordered a Waldorf Doll as a Christmas present. To date have not received that doll. Tracking # they gave me at time of purchase told me nothing. Finally they gave me a tracking # that indicated the package was delivered to me on 12-28 at 11:46 am. A package was delivered to me on that date but what was in it was a cheesy Christmas stocking with a thank you note. I didn’t realize what was happening at the time when I received the package. That was a ploy for them to declare a package was delivered and as far as they’re concerned the postal service either delivered to the wrong address or someone stole it out of my mailbox. I did speak to the local postmaster and he said this is what scammers do. I did contact yo-yo and now they want a picture of the merchandise, box and label which I threw the whole thing away when I received it! And they probably know this. Wow! It’s amazing to me that people spend so much time trying to figure out how to get something for nothing instead of doing good in this world. I’m not through with these people at all!"

"Wish I was able to see reviews before I purchased. I was sucked in by the YOYOWIZ pen and then saw other products. I ordered several x-mas gifts. Some of my items we in the main box while other items I order were within another box of one specific product. Had I not opened it and just wrapped it I would have thought my items were missing.
I was given a bag of pure clay. How am I supposed to give this to someone as a gift. There is no labeling to even say it is clay. There is nothing to show as an example that this can be used to make an ornament or anything with purpose for that matter.
Next, was the knitting bag which was grossly misrepresented. They have an image with several balls of yarn however, if I were to purchase a new ball of yarn it would barely fit as a single item in this bag. The knitting bag did not give the specifications online preorder.
Finally, the YOYOWHIZ pen came with very minimal information. I am going to show my nephew a few videos and see if it helps.
I reached out to this company a few times. The international call went straight to voicemail. I sent two emails there were never acknowledged. I was going to follow the return instructions but this being international shipping during the peak season it is too costly for it to benefit. Yes, every penny counts as I hate to waste but I also am short a few gifts now."

"Ordered a Duplo set for my daughter for Christmas, opened the box on Christmas Eve to find a men's anti-aging cream in the box, and no Duplo set. Contacted customer service, got an ?indian that barely spoke English, clearly reading from a cue card. Told me they had no move of the Duplo set, if I return the men's aging cream, they would credit me for the Duplo set that I paid for but never received. Like maybe a credit for a future purchase, the customer service rep didn't understand the question. AWFUL, stay away from this company working out of someone's garage."
"I placed an order for a hatchimal, they said it was in stock, I payed for it with a credit card and hit submit. I received a confirmation email stating they received my order and my expected delivery date. The following day I receive another email that they have canceled my order and that they didn't have my item in stock. I called and was given a bogus excuse and explanation. I do not recommend them nor will they ever have my business again! This company used a toy that so many kids are hoping to open on Christmas morning to lure people to their site! I hope everyone who reads this chooses another company to do business with!"
"I ordered fitbit bracelets almost two months ago and have still not received them. I'm writing this review to let everyone know that this company has no rules apparently and I wouldn't advise anyone to buy from them. After reading all the reviews from other customers, their star ratings seem to be a little off. There are far too many negative reviews for this company and they are claiming to have high star ratings. The reviews seem a little fishy to me! I wonder if they pay people to give good reviews? I ordered from Amazon.ca and on there, they have a 4 star rating which I think is bogus. The majority of the reviews I read were for orders that did not show up on time, or, some didn't even show up at all. How can you have a four star rating when it seems you can't deliver your product on time? Yes some customers "claim" to have received a refund, how do we know that this is real? In my opinion, their customer service is very bad and they should work on this instead of allowing their customers to suffer! I will give one star only because I want to trust that they do honor customer refunds."

- Found product on their website; good price but not in stock.
- Via website, requested e-mail notification when product was in stock.
- Several day later, received 'in stock' notification; ordered product that day.
- Received ordered products in 2 days.

"DO NOT USE FOR GIFTS!!!! This site does not have any exchange features in the event the gift you give does not work out. They will refund the purchaser's credit card which still leaves the child without a usable gift. They would receive ZERO starts if that were an option."
"Our first order fr YoYo, and it couldn't have gone better. Now that the big sales are over I was having trouble finding any decent price break on Wii U's. Even the used ones on eBay seemed to be overpriced. YoYo had the exact bundle my daughter wanted and had a $50 discount coupon that they applied automatically. Free 2 day shipping but we actually got it the next day. We are very happy with YoYo, though I was almost disappointed that the box didn't contain a bag of dog food! :-)"
