Not handled professionally.
"24 of a certain item were shown to be in stock, when in fact none were available. That available item count on the site never changes whether or not it's in stock. Rather than notify me of a delay, they shipped other items in the order, and marked the order as completed, ignoring the fact that it was incomplete. They left this for me to discover and address. This took about 6 weeks to fulfill the order. Not very forthcoming about shipping times or availability."
