"I ordered the items on 12/19/13 and it did not get shipped until 12/27/13. I tried contacting them twice by email for an update and didn't hear back. The expected delivery date is 1/2/14. Does it really take 2 weeks to get an item? I get my stuff in 2 days from Amazon."
